AI consulting for marketing teams: working workflows, not slideware.
I'm Miroslav Planansky. I build AI-assisted content operations daily, for Flashscore's betting section across 20+ markets and for this site, which runs on them. I teach teams the same setups. Remote, CET.

Scope
What does the AI consulting cover?
The consulting covers putting LLMs to work inside your marketing operation: content production, briefs, research, analysis and reporting. We take the tasks that eat your team's hours and rebuild them as AI-assisted workflows your people actually run, on your real data.
My operating model: I treat AI as a team of juniors. Fast, cheap, tireless, and in need of management, context and review. Teams that hand AI the judgment get generic output; teams that keep the judgment and delegate the repetition get leverage. Tools change every quarter; that division of labor doesn't.
01
Content operations
Briefs, drafts, edits and QA checklists with LLMs in the loop. The repetitive middle gets delegated; your editors keep the final word.
02
SEO and research workflows
Keyword analysis, SERP review and content audits assisted by AI, working from the data you already have in Search Console and GA4.
03
Reporting automation
Pulling data from GSC, GA4 or DataForSEO and turning it into a readable report without an afternoon of copy-pasting.
04
Team adoption
Which tasks to pilot first, which to skip, and how to roll workflows out so they survive the first busy week.
Formats
Workshop or ongoing advisory?
Two formats, depending on whether you need a strong start or a steady hand.
Strong start
One-off workshop
A focused session with your team, online or on site. We pick your most frequent tasks, build the workflows live on your real data, and the team leaves running them. Best when you want momentum and a shared baseline across the team.
Steady hand
Ongoing advisory
Your team ships; I review, answer questions and steer the next steps in regular sessions, once or twice a month. Best when AI adoption is a quarter-long program rather than an event, or after a workshop when momentum needs protecting.
Before either format I ask what your team's week actually looks like, so we spend the time on tasks that recur instead of demos that impress.
Deliverables
What does your team leave with?
Working workflows, tested on your data during the engagement. If it only works in my demo, it doesn't count.
01
Running workflows
Step-by-step setups for your most frequent tasks, built and tested on your real content and data during the sessions.
02
Prompt and instruction kit
Reusable prompts and system instructions for recurring work, written so your team can edit them like documents.
03
Adoption roadmap
What to roll out first, what to postpone and what to skip, ranked by impact on your team's hours.
04
Follow-up session
A few weeks in, we review what stuck, what stalled and why, and adjust the workflows against reality.
Team adoption
Want the whole team working with AI, not just the one enthusiast?
A workshop builds the shared baseline in a day instead of months of scattered experiments. Tell me what your team does all week and I'll propose the agenda.

Why me
Why AI consulting with me
I run on these workflows
This site's content operations are AI-assisted end to end, from research to publication QA, with workflows I built and use daily. You're taught by an operator, and the manual exists because I needed it first.
I run content and technical SEO for Flashscore's betting section across 20+ markets, where AI assistance has to hold up across languages, regulations and editorial standards at once.
Honest about limits
AI doesn't replace strategy, technical SEO or editorial judgment, and I'll tell you when it's the wrong tool. An engagement that ends with 'don't automate this' is a cheaper lesson than a failed rollout.
Looking to be visible in AI answers rather than to work with AI? That's AI SEO. For the broader engagement, see SEO consulting.

How much does AI consulting cost?+
Enterprise advisory for in-house teams starts at €150 per hour; for SMEs the rate is from €100 per hour. Workshops are billed at the same hourly rates, with scope and length agreed up front. The 15-minute intro call is free and that's where we size the engagement.
Does my team need to know how to code?+
No. The workflows I set up run on instructions written in plain language: briefs, checklists and prompt structures your team edits like documents. Where a technical step is genuinely needed, like connecting a data source, I build it during the engagement and document it.
Will AI replace our content or SEO people?+
No, and engagements built on that hope fail. I treat AI as a team of juniors: fast, cheap and tireless, but in need of management. The leverage comes from your seniors deciding what to make and reviewing what comes back, while AI absorbs the repetitive middle.
Which tools do you teach?+
I work primarily with Claude, which I use daily, and the workflows transfer to other LLMs because the methods matter more than the vendor. Tools change every quarter; judgment about where AI helps and where it embarrasses you doesn't. That judgment is the actual deliverable.
What's the difference between the workshop and ongoing advisory?+
A workshop is a one-off, focused session where we build working workflows for your team's most frequent tasks, on your real data. Ongoing advisory means your team keeps shipping and brings questions, reviews and next steps to regular sessions. Most teams start with the workshop and decide afterwards.
Is this only for marketing and SEO teams?+
That's where I'm strongest, because it's the work I do daily: content operations, briefs, keyword and SERP analysis, reporting from Search Console and GA4. Adjacent teams (product content, support docs) fit too when the work is text and data heavy. If your use case is elsewhere, I'll say so on the intro call.
