Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the provider:

(the "provider")

and the client who uses the provider's services (the "client").

The provider offers the following digital marketing services:

• SEO consulting: one-off advisory on search engine optimization
• SEO audit: comprehensive website analysis with recommendations
• Keyword research: research and keyword targeting strategy
• Ongoing SEO retainer: continuous optimization and organic traffic growth
• Marketing and growth strategy: broader marketing advisory

A contract between the provider and the client is formed by:

• Written confirmation of the order by the provider
• Signing an individual service agreement
• Payment of a deposit or the full price (for one-off services)

• Prices are quoted in Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EUR)
• I am not a VAT payer; the prices quoted are final
• New engagements: I require a deposit of 50% of the agreed service or project price before starting work. For ongoing engagements, the deposit is calculated from the price of the first billing period. Work starts once the deposit reaches my account.
• Remaining balance: the deposit is credited toward the total price. We agree on payment terms for the remaining balance in the proposal or order before work starts.
• Established engagements: by mutual agreement, we can adjust the invoicing method and frequency to suit the project, including invoicing without a deposit. These invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

The provider agrees to:

• Deliver services professionally and in line with current best practices
• Protect the client's confidential information
• Keep the client informed about the progress of the work

The client agrees to:

• Pay the agreed price on time
• Provide the necessary cooperation
• Respect the provider's recommendations

The provider is not liable for:

• Search engine algorithm changes outside the provider's control
• Ranking losses caused by competitors or market changes
• Damages caused by the client's incorrect implementation of recommendations

• One-off services: the contract ends upon delivery of the service and payment of the price
• Ongoing retainer: may be terminated with a one-month notice period
• Notice of termination must be given in writing
