1. Introductory provisions

These terms of service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the provider:

and the client who uses the provider's services (the "client").

2. Services

The provider offers the following digital marketing services:

  • SEO consulting: one-off advisory on search engine optimization
  • SEO audit: comprehensive website analysis with recommendations
  • Keyword research: research and keyword targeting strategy
  • Ongoing SEO retainer: continuous optimization and organic traffic growth
  • Growth marketing strategy: broader marketing advisory

3. Contract formation

A contract between the provider and the client is formed by:

  • Written confirmation of the order by the provider
  • Signing an individual service agreement
  • Payment of a deposit or the full price (for one-off services)

4. Prices and payment terms

  • Prices are quoted in Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EUR)
  • Prices are final, including VAT (if the provider is a VAT payer)
  • One-off services: 100% upfront before work starts
  • Ongoing retainer: monthly invoicing, due within 14 days

5. Rights and obligations

The provider agrees to:

  • Deliver services professionally and in line with current best practices
  • Protect the client's confidential information
  • Keep the client informed about the progress of the work

The client agrees to:

  • Pay the agreed price on time
  • Provide the necessary cooperation
  • Respect the provider's recommendations

6. Liability

The provider is not liable for:

  • Search engine algorithm changes outside the provider's control
  • Ranking losses caused by competitors or market changes
  • Damages caused by the client's incorrect implementation of recommendations

7. Termination

  • One-off services: the contract ends upon delivery of the service and payment of the price
  • Ongoing retainer: may be terminated with a one-month notice period
  • Notice of termination must be given in writing
